Description
Where trees go to die.In El Salvador, after they give us their fruits and some wood, when trees become old, they walk at night, silently and slowly until they find a river. There they lie on the water, and let the stream carry them to the sea, where they die peacefully and become wood sculptures.
Picture taken in “Barra salada” Sonsonate. El Salvador.
This picture is dedicated to my dear friend....Lenz Weber....Phryneas...

great dynamic background, the wind in the palms, the clouds and the bird - everything adds together there, great picture - nothing to crit, not at the time. maybe I will learn again to see flaws even in such a perfect photo but my long absence from gfxartist has made me forget that skill... and currently I have too much to do to be real active :/ but I'm trying, really!

hauntingly beautiful,
the bird is that extra element that pushes this image to excellence

Great is little for your works.

You are in 100% control of the light and colors.
This WITHOUT HDR!
I know a bunch of gfx:ers who would do this with HDR and you do it without!
That is what makes you unique amoung us all!
Felicitation!

I too am one of the few who finds the bird a bit distracting to the subject, altho it fits perfectly into the comp.
