Description
The Crown.I can not say anything about the scultpure…..only that is beautiful and it is located in Santa Tecla City,close to San Salvador. As most of the fine old sculptures in the country, it probably came from Italy.

Are not photos of other people's statues the equivalent of paintings of other people's photos?
If I were to paint this photo of the statue, where would the art lay, where would copyright reside? Would there be breach and by whom?

I love the way the light is in this shot, some is also reflected from below !
The details in the dark add a nice depth to the shot
makes the statue pop out !

Normally I am not a big fan of "square crops", but it really works for this image. The image looks very symmetric, even though there is no real symmetry in it. (if you understand my point here)
