Description
This Photo is dedicated to Ohce...Echo...Lee...whose "Beauty of the Mountains"...has moved me and inspired me to look also for the beauty of the mountains of my country.....El Salvador. The subject...."Devil's Gate"....this place is like a big abrup cut in the mountains....from here there are many lovely views...this is just one of them.....The place is linked to many legends and rumors...they try to change the name to "Angel's Gate"...but all the people still call it "Devil's Gate"....The volcano at the background is Chichontepec Volcano....is not active...but an earthquake 4 years ago caused great damage to the city that is behind the volcano...Chichontepec means in Nahuat....."two breasts"...
Ohce...I hope you like it...

Your showing me so many and beautiful photos from your country that I would like to come there on a vacation!
That "brown" color of the mountains is beautiful!

I love scenery shots where something is in the foreground. To me, it adds so much interest to a landscape shot if done tastefully. You have done it tastefully!
My only crit ... the yellow grasses on the left side along the stairs seem over saturated.
Great work nevertheless.

I must admit, I'm a bit crazily in love with stairs & steps. . . I really don't know why. . . it's a weird infatuation I have. . among other things.
